When I was working at Hampson Hughes Solicitors, the Complaints team was spending an enormous amount of time on the phone updating clients about their claim. Clearly, this time could be spent doing other tasks. Therefore, we decided to create a mobile app to give clients a platform which they could connect to easily and check the status of their claim, submit essential documents and generally speed up the claims process. For this project, I worked on all the UX/UI, the overall steps and process and the final design.
